Goulburn regional art gallery has a beautiful building in
the civic centre. This purpose-built building was designed by Phillip Cox. The
gallery has about 300 works from the artists of surrounding areas. Being the
only art gallery in about 100 kilometers radius, Goulburn regional art gallery
is a hub of art activities in the region and serves as a visual art and craft
educational resource for the region. The gallery hosts a number of events every
year including exhibitions showcasing the works of the artists in the region.
